I get this error when i start my computer and try to install my Security Suite?

    That’s one complicated virus you’ve got there. Yes, they do mostly go after your software so it makes it easier for them to let more viruses in (which also makes it easier to others to give you viruses). Call customer support, and see what they think.

    Normally, the anti-virus application has some special removal tool in case of the unclear uninstallation. you can go to visit CA’s website to download the removal tool and then reinstall.

    If CA doesn’t have it, you may need to manually delete the files left by CA and possibly the left keys in registry.
