How can I report to Google a search link that leads to a virus, spyware, spam, etc?

It’s one of those, Have you noticed your computer running slowly? Click here to download anti-virus software. Anyway how can I report this to Google so that they can remove the link?

    Google won’t block the site even if you did report it.
    They make money off of it — you should just stay away from malicious and obscure websites that may contain viruses.
