how can I reset norton internet security options password?

I have done what norton says to do to reset the password, but it does not work. I can access options for anti spam and internet security but not for anti virus. It keeps saying incorrect pasword, The other two don’t even ask for a password.

    Try rebooting your computer and try again. If not, you can contact Symantec here:

    Meanwhile, if you’re without an antivirus, please use a free (and good) program (but delete it when you get help from Symantic as two AV progs will clash). Free ones are here:

    For a short term use, I fully recommended EZ’s 12 month trial.
